The Atrium Club

Three adults dressed in business attire in a sophisticated lounge, engaging in conversation with drinks and snacks, in a dimly lit setting with candles, a chessboard, and modern decor.

An indoor-outdoor courtyard experience

Located at 25 East Washington in the heart of downtown Chicago, the Atrium Club offers 14,000 square feet of interior space plus a 3,000-square-foot outdoor courtyard, pairing the building's rich architectural character with a clean, modern fit and finish for a space that feels both timeless and contemporary.

Designed to support a more modern way to gather, the light-filled interiors open directly onto the courtyard, extending that same sense of openness throughout the space.

Our Story

Designed in 1914 as part of Daniel Burnham’s enduring legacy, 25 East Washington began as the Marshall Field & Company Annex Store. The character of early 20th-century Chicago architecture is still felt throughout—in its architectural expression, the custom-detailed spaces, and the materials that have stood the test of time.

Managed by Aspire Properties for over 30 years, 25 East Washington reflects true long-term stewardship—not transactional management. It’s a building shaped by consistent care and a commitment to doing things exceptionally well.
